Hello Associates,
In my downtime I like to read blogs about how to improve international aid. Here are a few that I recommend:
World Bank - Development Impact
http://blogs.worldbank.org/impactevaluations/
AidWatcher (William Easterly)
http://aidwatchers.com/
Professor Chris Blattman
http://chrisblattman.com/
Find What Works
http://findwhatworks.wordpress.com/
UN Dispact (for general comments on what's going on in the UN)
http://www.undispatch.com
Enjoy and I encourage you to also contribute blogs you are reading!

Blogs I read
I'm sure you'll enjoy this blog as well entitled "Stuff Expat Aid Workers Like"
http://stuffexpataidworkerslike.com/
Hilarious!
I just read a bunch of these posts and they really made me giggle! Thanks Drew!
I'm not really into blogs so I don't have anything to post but if I come across something I'll add it to the list.
Thanks again :)
Blogs
Drew I love that blog!It is not only epic but a welcome lighthearted break when 'the small stuff' can become overwhelming on placement.
One of my favorite blogs is a travel blog called 'Hopscotch the globe'. While it is not directly aid-related, the author brings a social conscience to her travels and speaks with engaged conviction about the people and places she visits. She also features stories about interesting and inspiring journey's taken by 'normal' people. I like this blog because it is kind of a middle ground, striking a balance between intellectual/ professional and strictly personal.
You can check it out at http://hopscotchtheglobe.com/
Thanks for sharing those blogs Drew, and I'd love for the rest of you to share as well :)
Cheers,
Saskia
