This group will focus on the denial of land rights as a major hindrance to the expansion of human rights and the elimination of poverty. Landlessness, property rights, and development are integrally connected to women and gender, migration and displacement, legal identity, the working poor, violence and conflict, private business, agriculture, and good governance and democracy.
