Welcome to LEPNet.org
LEPnet.org was developed, and is run by the University of Winnipeg Global College, to support the emerging community of practice around legal empowerment, poverty reduction, human rights and development.
LEPnet.org is uniquely and actively supported by a Knowledge Facilitator who facilitates communication between network members through the website, proposing opportunities for collaboration, and fostering dialogue. In doing so, the Knowledge Facilitator aims to create partnerships that conserve limited resources, avoid duplication of work, and enhance efficiency.
This site was launched in August 2010, with financial support from the Canadian International Development Agency. Ongoing development and support is carried out with the aid of a grant from the International Development Research Centre, Ottawa, Canada.
We appreciate you taking the time to visit the site, and look forward to your feedback, so that we can improve it in the future.
